If you are interested in participating in the 50 mile ride, please note that parts of it are very challenging and include difficult climbs. As with any distance athletic event (marathon, half marathon, century ride, etc…), we recommend you familiarize yourself with the course and train properly in the weeks leading up to it. A tentative course map with mile markers and elevation gain can be found below.

Each Participant Will Receive:

We have reached 2,500 participants. We were able to order extra medals, but some shirts sizes may not be available until a few weeks after the event. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to popular demand, the first 2,500 participants will be guaranteed to get a custom tech t-shirt (100% polyester, moisture-wicking) and one-of-a-kind finishers medal. Shirts will be distributed at packet pickup, while medals will be handed out at the event.

Please note that the ladies-style shirts are cut slightly slimmer in the waist. As a general guideline, a ladies extra-large shirt is equivalent to a men’s medium shirt. If you’ve already registered and would like to update the size of your shirt, please email sharksfoundation@sharkssports.net. Unfortunately, we will be unable to exchange your shirt at packet pickup or event day.

Not only will everyone registered be automatically entered into a raffle to win a round-trip flight, but participants who opt-in to Alaska Airlines' exclusive e-mail list during packet pickup will be entered into a separate raffle, which will increase your chances of flying to destinations like Hawaii, Los Cabos, Las Vegas and Canada!
