Lace up your shoes, hop on your bike, or just come and learn about ways to be healthy at the Shark Foundation’s 3rd annual Fitness Faceoff: Run/Ride/Health Festival presented by Kaiser Permanente on
Sunday, June 28, 2015!

Starting and finishing at SAP Center, runners and riders will get to challenge themselves on our courses, all while raising money for the Sharks Foundation. The event also features a free Health Fest which will showcase a variety of exhibits and vendors focused on living a healthy lifestyle.

All participants will receive a t-shirt and the first 4,000 registrants will also receive a finisher’s medal!

Regardless of your experience or athletic ability, it’s sure to be a great day to get active, highlight the importance of being healthy, and raise money for the Sharks Foundation.

Net proceeds from the Fitness Faceoff: Run/Ride/Health Festival presented by Kaiser Permanente will benefit the Sharks Foundation, the official charity arm of the San Jose Sharks. Go above and beyond just participating in the race, and make a difference by fundraising. Participants who achieve certain fundraising levels will receive Sharks merchandise, custom autographed items and/or one-of-a-kind experiences. The top five fundraisers will receive exclusive prizes and experiences.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Do you want to be part of the Fitness Faceoff: Run/Ride/Health Festival presented by Kaiser Permanente but don’t want to run or ride? Join our volunteer team! We are looking for fun, energetic individuals who can commit at least three hours of service on Sunday, June 28. Volunteer stations include rehydration tables, food distribution, starting and finish line coordinators, Health Fest supporters, and directional volunteers. We welcome individuals, families, and groups of friends - this is a great opportunity to fulfill high school community service hours or simply be a part of this growing fundraiser for the Sharks Foundation.
