When is my final payment due?
We will not collect or charge any remaining payments for Full Season Tickets or SharkPaks until the NHL and the NHL Players’ Association (NHLPA) reach a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for the 2012-13 season.

I’m a Full Season Ticket Holder and I’m enrolled in one of your payment plan options (six-month autopay or three-installment plan). What happens to the funds on my account?
Your season tickets should be at least 70% paid at this time. We will not charge or invoice for any future payments until there is a CBA in place. Once an agreement is reached, we will adjust your final payment(s) to reflect the actual number of games scheduled and communicate the new payment schedule via email. Season Ticket Holders enrolled in six-month autopay will automatically be charged any remaining balance, if applicable. Season Ticket Holders enrolled in the three-installment plan will be invoiced for any remaining balance, if applicable.

What happens now that the NHL has cancelled more than 30% of the season?
30% of the season equates to 13 home games.  As of Oct. 26, 2012, the NHL officially cancelled 31.8% of the 2012-13 season (the first 14 home games).  Beginning November 30th, we will automatically refund Full Season Ticket Holders on a month by month basis.  Any cancelled games beyond home game #13 (November 20) will automatically be refunded at the end of the month for which the games were scheduled (e.g. November games will be refunded by end of November). All refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment. This means credit card payments will be refunded back to the same credit card and cash/check payments will be refunded by check. For check refunds, please allow an additional two weeks to process and mail. If you wish to leave your money on account, please contact your Account Service Manager or 408.999.5757.

I’m a Full Season Ticket Holder and I’ve paid in full for my tickets. What happens to the funds on my account?
You will automatically receive a monthly refund for cancelled games.  Refunds will be issued by the end of each month for which the games were scheduled (e.g. November games will be refunded by end of November).  All refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment. This means credit card payments will be refunded back to the same credit card and cash/check payments will be refunded by check. For check refunds, please allow an additional two weeks to process and mail. If you wish to leave your money on account, please contact your Account Service Manager or 408.999.5757.

I’m a Full Season Ticket Holder. When will my tickets be mailed out?
Ticket booklets will be shipped out approximately 2 weeks after the NHL and NHLPA finalize a CBA for the upcoming season via 2-Day UPS. You will be notified of your tracking number via email once the tickets have shipped.

When will I be able to forward, donate, reprint, and post tickets to Power Play Ticket Trader through My Sharks Account?
Online ticket management through My Sharks Account will be available soon after the NHL and NHLPA finalize a new CBA. You will be notified via email once these options are available.

When will the Teal and White event be held for this season?
The Teal and White event date will be set after the CBA is finalized and we will communicate all the details via email as soon as it is available.  While it is our desire to hold the Teal & White event this season - pending the timing of a new CBA and the resulting NHL schedule, at this time we are not able to guarantee this event will take place.

SharkPak Plan Holders

When is my final payment due?
We will not collect or charge any remaining payments for SharkPaks until the NHL and the NHL Players’ Association (NHLPA) reach a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for the 2012-13 season.

I’m a SharkPak Holder and I’m enrolled in the payment plan (three-month autopay). What happens to the funds on my account?
Your SharkPak tickets should be at least 75% paid at this time. We will not charge your final payment until there is a CBA in place. Once an agreement is reached, we will adjust your final payment to reflect the actual number of games scheduled and automatically charge the balance. Details will be communicated to you via email once they are available.

What happens now that the NHL has cancelled more than 25% of the season?
As of Oct. 26, 2012, the NHL cancelled games through the end of November. At the end of November all SharkPak Holders will have at least 25% (2.5 games) of their SharkPak plan cancelled.  We will automatically refund SharkPak Holders on a month by month basis.  You will automatically be refunded at the end of the month for which the games were scheduled (e.g. November games will be refunded by end of November). All refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment. This means credit card payments will be refunded back to the same credit card and cash/check payments will be refunded by check.  For check refunds, please allow an additional two weeks to process and mail. If you wish to leave your money on account, please contact your Account Service Manager or 408.999.5757.

We will notify SharkPak Holders of ticket shipment information once a new CBA is finalized.
Should there be a revised schedule, you will be given new SharkPak plans and seating to choose from. Details will be communicated to you via email once they are available.
