Club Level Privileges
Exclusive access to Club Level (Club Seat Ticket must be shown for access) to enjoy The Grill as well as the Club's specialty carving and pasta stations, concession stands, bars and lounges, which are open from pregame to postgame. Also available for Club Seat Holders -- in-seat food and beverage service.
 
Club Concierge Services
Located at each main Club entrance, the Concierge is available from the time doors open to 30 minutes after the end of the game. Concierge services include Sharks Magazine distribution (by coupon only), SAP Center event information as well as area information, reservations, cab service and special requests.
 
Sharks Magazine/Media Guide
Receive one complimentary Sharks Magazine and SharkStats for every four Club Seat Tickets (by coupon only) from the Club Concierge. Also receive one organizational guide per account.
 
Lanyards

A Sharks lanyard and pouch are provided for you to display your Club Season Ticket to Guest Service Attendants when entering the Club.
 
Option to Purchase Preferred Parking
SAP Center on-site parking is limited. The option to purchase preferred SAP Center on-site parking is provided to all Club Seat Holders.

Season Ticket Holder Pin
A collectible pin will be issued for each full season ticket. These pins will serve as your identification as a Full Season Ticket Holder for many of the events and benefits throughout the season.
 
Ice Insights

Ice Insights (Q & A forums) will feature Sharks coaches and management, as well as other NHL insiders. Ice Insights are held in the Rinkside Room starting an hour and 15 minutes before game time. Doors open 15 minutes before the start of Ice Insights. Disabled guests have access via the Suite Ticket Holder Entrance at the North or South Doors. Due to the room capacity, access is limited to the first 350 people. Light snacks and refreshments are served.
 
Option to Renew Seat Location
The option to renew your same seat locations from one season to the next.
 
Seat Relocation Priority
As a Full Season Ticket Holder, you will have the opportunity to relocate your existing seats during the renewal process. After the Sharks receive confirmation that you would like to relocate (to be noted on your renewal invoice), you will be sent a letter with a specified appointment time and date based on your seniority to come "test drive" all available seats at SAP Center . More information regarding "Select-A-Seat" will be included with your renewal package.
 
For Club, Full Season and SharkPak Holders
 
Playoff Tickets Priority
Full Season Ticket Holders will have the first option to purchase the same number of playoff tickets as regular season tickets held. SharkPak Holders will have the opportunity to purchase randomly assigned playoff ticket packages.
 
Complimentary Ticket Forwarding
Can’t make a game? Simply forward your Sharks season tickets via email to someone who can.  With Ticket Forwarding by Ticketmaster, you can now send your season tickets to virtually anyone, even at the last minute.  Visit “My Sharks Account” for more details.
 
Advance / Presale Notification of Select SAP Center Events
Receive advance / presale notification of selected SAP Center events (when promoter permits) allowing Club, Full Season and SharkPak Holders the opportunity to purchase seats before the public on-sale date. You must provide your email address to take advantage of presale opportunities. Please contact your Account Service Manager for more details.

SharkStats
The Sharks Media Relations Department, drawing on information distributed to the working media, will compile facts and figures before each game. SharkStats can be picked up at the Sales and Service Information tables (located outside Sections 101 and 115 on the Concourse) by showing your season ticket holder pin, ID card or game ticket.
 
Personal Account Service Manager (ASM)
Each season ticket and SharkPak account is assigned an Account Service Manager. Please get to know your ASM and feel free to call him/her to answer any questions and/or concerns regarding your season ticket account.
 
The Grill Dinner Reservation Priority
The Grill opens two hours before Sharks games. Reservations are recommended (48 hours before a game) and can be made by calling 408-999-6800. The Grill Lounge offers a fabulous Prime Rib Buffet every Sharks night game. Enter The Grill or The Grill Lounge on Santa Clara Street.
