All four of the San Jose Sharks podcasts are free and available for subscription. When you subscribe, new shows will be downloaded automatically to your computer and can be synced with your iPod or mp3 device using iTunes.
Step 1: Download and install the latest version of iTunes (free download)
Step 2: Launch the iTunes Music Store and search "San Jose Sharks"
Step 3: Read the descriptions and choose to which Sharks podcast you would like to subscribe
Step 4: Subscribe to the podcast by clicking the Subscribe button
