Can Citrix Suite Holders bring their own food and beverages into the suite?
No. Aramark is the exclusive Food and Beverage provider for the Citrix Suites. All F & B arrangements must be coordinated with the suites catering office at 408-999-5999 – Scatering@sapcenteratsanjose.com.
Where do Citrix Suite Holders park?
With appropriate Citrix Suite Holder parking pass, spaces will be available in either Lots A, B, C or D.
Do Citrix Suite Holders have a private entrance?
Yes. They are located on the left side of North or South entrance. Look for the blue and silver Citrix Suite Holder Entrance signs.
How does someone contact a Suite Hospitality Manager during an event?
Either call 408-999-5900 or go the Citrix Suite Concierge desk located on the Concourse.
When are the Citrix Suite tickets mailed out?
Citrix Suite tickets for upcoming events are shipped out at least two weeks before the event date. Sharks season tickets are distributed at the annual Suite Administrators Luncheon in early September. Sharks Playoff tickets are shipped out approximately two weeks before the first playoff game.
How do I order tickets for upcoming events?
As a Citrix Suite Holder, you have the benefit of ordering tickets before the on-sale date for some shows through a venue presale. Presale Notifications will be sent to you with Suiteholder Memorandums when they are available. You may call or e-mail additional in-arena ticket orders to Suite Hospitality, which will be filled subject to ticket availability.
