Comcast SportsNet Announces WCQF TV Coverage

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Comcast SportsNet California, the home of "Authentic Bay Sports," has announced its multiplatform coverage of the sixth-seeded San Jose Sharks' match-up against the third-seeded Vancouver Canucks in the Western Conference Quarterfinals of the 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs. Comcast SportsNet California will air Games 1-4 of the series, along with Games 5-7 (if necessary). The network will present in-depth comprehensive news and analysis, extensive pregame and postgame coverage, and widespread online coverage from CSNCalifornia.com.

The Northern California Emmy Award winning announcing team of Randy Hahn (play-by-play, @sharkvoice) and Drew Remenda (color analyst) will call all playoff games on Comcast SportsNet California, along with rinkside reporter Brodie Brazil (@brodiebrazilCSN.) "Inside The Glass" analyst Bret Hedican (@BretHedican) will join the broadcast team for home games.

Sharks Pregame Live, Sharks Postgame Live on Comcast SportsNet California
In addition to the live game coverage, Comcast SportsNet California delivers comprehensive pre- and post-game analysis. Sharks Pregame Live will lead viewers right to the drop of the puck with an in-depth game preview, insightful analysis, and interviews with Sharks coaches and players. After every playoff game, Sharks Postgame Live will provide extensive game analysis, complete game highlights, a live look at Coach Todd McLellan's press conference, interviews from the dressing room and player reaction, and a preview of the next game. The shows are anchored by Scott Reiss (@ScottReissCSN) and Bret Hedican (@BretHedican), a two-time U.S. Olympian and member of the 2006 Stanley Cup champion Carolina Hurricanes. Additional analysis will be provided by former Sharks forward and radio color analyst Jamie Baker (@Bakes_Jamie13), former Sharks center Curtis Brown and Brodie Brazil (@brodiebrazilCSN). Sharks Pregame Live and Sharks Postgame Live will originate from HP Pavilion during home games.
