Sharks Players Set to Kick Off 'Movember'
11 Players Scheduled to Participate in Month-Long Moustache Movement

SAN JOSE, California – The San Jose Sharks today kicked off their participation in “Movember,” an annual charity event during the month of November where men grow a moustache while raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men.
11 players currently on the Sharks roster are set to participate in the 30-day fundraising effort that will run thru the month of November.
Sharks teammates participating in “Movember” include Captain Joe Thornton, Brent Burns, Logan Couture, Michal Handzus, Jim Vandermeer, Thomas Greiss, Justin Braun, Benn Ferriero, James Sheppard, Andrew Desjardins and Frazer McLaren.
Fans can donate to the Sharks “Movember” team or make contributions on behalf of individual players by visiting: http://mobro.co/SJSharks. The team’s “Movember” page will be updated weekly with updates on each players mustache growth – or lack thereof.
