Sharks Reassign McCarthy, Stalock to Worcester
SAN JOSE, Calif. – San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has reassigned forward John McCarthy and goaltender Alex Stalock to the Worcester Sharks, the team’s top development affiliate in the American Hockey League.

McCarthy has appeared in 27 games with San Jose, posting four points (two goals, two assists) and eight penalty minutes.

Stalock made his NHL debut in relief on Feb. 1 vs. Phoenix, making nine saves and earning the win as the team rallied from a three goal deficit.
