Pavelski finished the month with 16 points (team-leading 12 goals, four assists) and was a +7 in 15 games during the month. He has scored the game-winning goal in three of the last four Sharks victories and has recorded 10 points (7-3=10) in his last eight contests. Pavelski scored his first career NHL hat trick in a 5-4 win at Tampa Bay on Jan. 18.
He ranks tied for third in the League in goals (28), just three shy of his career high. In addition, Pavelski ranks second on San Jose and tied for 13th in the NHL in points (53), second on the Sharks in faceoff percentage (55.2%) and tied for seventh in the League in blocked shots amongst forwards.
This is the fourth time Pavelski has received the honor.
