Frustration hit Tuesday in San Jose when a visiting Buffalo Sabres came into town carrying a less than stellar record. The Sabres stretched the Sharks to a shootout, despite two comebacks by Teal and gave San Jose its third consecutive loss (all coming in overtime or a shootout). So here's the regular run of things on twitter with hope that things don't end quite as sour as this on Thursday.
Anybody else have those new google glasses?
This whole superior performance by Western teams is just setting the odds at a scary angle. #DontJinxIt

Here's an easy quiz from Brodie.
The popular shirt that Brent Burns wore during his 'Buzz Cut for Charity' on Friday was available in the Sharks Store starting Tuesday.
The bad guys.

Again, you can't afford to focus on the record/paper in this league and every player or coach will admit that.
Man, the Sabres get slammed in the media.
There's the opening faceoff in San Jose. And just like that the Sabres are losing 6-0.— Jason Brough (@JasonPHT) November 6, 2013
Fireworks. Brown and McCormick go at it in the #SJSharks DZ. Brown w/ the takedown.— San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) November 6, 2013

A serious note.

#SJSharks go on the power play w/ 5:57 to go in the 1st, up 1-0. Sabres forward Ville Leino sits for hooking.— San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) November 6, 2013
#SJSharks You can't hook a shark Ville Leino— Javier Vizcarra (@MadDogJavi) November 6, 2013
Sabres had 1 of those "message" practices yesterday and it looks like it was received - solid period by Buffalo as Sharks lead 1-0 after 1st— Jamie Baker (@Bakes_Jamie13) November 6, 2013
Stuart, McCarthy, Nieto only #SJSharks without at least one shot on goal that period. That’s something— Kevin Kurz (@KKurzCSN) November 6, 2013
Happy Birthday Matt Nieto.
Wish we could skip this period.
A turnover inside the blue line and the Sabres capitalize as Stafford ties it at 1. #sjsharks— Jamie Baker (@Bakes_Jamie13) November 6, 2013
Wow! @TommyWingels with a silky move at the goal mouth to turn and roof it, but PING... off the post.— San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) November 6, 2013
Opposing goaltenders showing up big against the Sharks continues to be a thing.
Miller is a witch tonight. #SJSharks— Rob Ludeman (@ludes34) November 6, 2013
The Sharks also showed mobility, puck movement, chances on the power play...
That was the kind of power play that the @SanJoseSharks NEED to have.— Mark Anderson (@markanderson510) November 6, 2013
But no goals.
Miller plays the villain and robs Couture— Jamie Baker (@Bakes_Jamie13) November 6, 2013
Sabres grab another goal, lead 2-1 and Niemi's play of the puck outside of the net causes a scare.
Get back in the goal, Arturs Niemi. #SJSharks— Rob Ludeman (@ludes34) November 6, 2013
First minute of the 3rd: #SJSharks peppering Miller with shots like it's last call. MORE PLZ— Chris Sampang (@chrissampang) November 6, 2013
But then a Sabres power play makes it 3-1 Buffalo.
Buffalo was 1-21 on the PP on the road this year. Now they are 2-22. And lead 3-1.— Jamie Baker (@Bakes_Jamie13) November 6, 2013
Cue Mr. Kennedy.
Jumbo, what a leader!
Yes, #SJSharks. That. Do that. More.— Jennie Estrada (@jenestra) November 6, 2013
THATS what makes the #sjsharks such a lethal team. Very few can just turn around & tie a game w 2 goals on a dime.— David J Barclay III (@DjamesIII) November 6, 2013
But Sharks say one comeback isn't good enough. Why not more.
Buffalo has scored 4 goals in a game for the 1st time this year and regain the lead. Wild game at the OK / SAP Center— Jamie Baker (@Bakes_Jamie13) November 6, 2013
Plot Twist: Raffi rises through the ice and destroys the Sabres. #SJSharks— Jordan Hart (@TheJordanAnthem) November 6, 2013
Cue Tommy Wingels.
A diving Wingels ties this baby up at 4. Hertl with 2 great plays as he broke up a Sabres clearing attempt and then created the rebound— Jamie Baker (@Bakes_Jamie13) November 6, 2013

More bang for your buck as we head to OT at SAP Center— Jamie Baker (@Bakes_Jamie13) November 6, 2013
And Tyler Kennedy nearly ends it, puck comes out off the inside of the far post. 3:03 remains in OT. #SJSharks— San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) November 6, 2013
Tyler Kennedy in BEAST mode! Go @SanJoseSharks! Let's get this!— David Krane (@kraneland) November 6, 2013
About this time was when a lot of tweets and many with pictures as evidence supporting the comments were sent regarding a call that might have incorrectly continued the game as a result of no goal being scored.
The other guys are a little more excited for this.
