Tuesday Trivia - 8/28/2012
Tuesday Trivia is a weekly feature of the Daily Chomp. Check back next week for a new question and prize.
The value of a Marty Havlat in the lineup for the Sharks cannot be undervalued. In 2011-12, the dynamic playmaker missed 39 straight games after suffering a lower body injury on Dec. 21. While Havlat recovered on the Injured Reserve, the Sharks suffered their worst team performance of the season. Contrastingly, when having a healthy Havlat in the lineup, the Sharks were 25-11-3. Havlat also stole the show in a couple of key games for San Jose after returning from injury, including his two-goal performance in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Quarterfinals versus St. Louis. The veteran winger also tied a franchise record during his first season in teal when he recorded at least one assist in each of his first four games with the Sharks.
TRIVIA: Who is the only other to begin his career with the Sharks with an assist streak of four or more games?
